Lisburn Golf Club is ideally situated at the junction of the main M1 and A1 arterial routes making it easily accessible to all visitors from both North and South of Ireland and to those arriving by air or sea.

Aberdelghy Golf Course is one of the first municipal golf courses to be built in Northern Ireland, Aberdelghy Golf Course was founded in 1986 as a 9 hole golf course. In 1998 the course was extended to 18 holes. Sandwiched between the River Lagan and the railway line, only 1 mile from the centre of Lisburn, Aberdelghy is an excellent challenge for both the novice and experienced golfer.

Wallace Park is located in the heart of Lisburn and covers 25 acres of mature parkland. Wallace Park is ideal for families, with a children's play area and a variety of gentle walks. The park takes its name from Sir Richard Wallace who left many legacies to the City.

Hillsborough Forest is set in the picturesque village of Hillsborough and is adjacent to Hillsborough Fort. Way marked routes offer a variety of different walks through the lake woodlands, covering an area of 78 hectares (almost 200 acres). The whole of the lake area has been designated as a site of local Nature Conservation Interest and is home to a wide variety of water fowl, woodland birds and plant life.

This award-winning museum in Lisburn's 17th Century Market House offers a perfect outing which brings the history of linen to life. Visitors can see the heritage of craft skills in the daily demonstrations of spinning and hand loom weaving and can admire the treasures of costume and damask linen.
